- Login to the client’s main computer using the simple help tech console.
- Navigate to the clients section and double click on the server link.
- Once on the server you need to search for inetmgr in the search box
- Select the computer name on the left and then click on the restart link twice
- If this does not resolve the problem then check if the SQL DATABASE DEXTERSOL service is running. Search for services in the search box.
- Navigate to SQL SERVER (DEXTERSOL) and restart the service
