1. Login to the client’s main computer using the simple help tech console.
  2. Navigate to the clients section and double click on the server link. 
  3. Once on the server you need to search for inetmgr in the search box
  4. Select the computer name on the left and then click on the restart link twice
  5. If this does not resolve the problem then check if the SQL DATABASE DEXTERSOL service is running.  Search for services in the search box.
  6. Navigate to SQL SERVER (DEXTERSOL) and restart the service
